  22. LAYOUT:
  23.  
  24. Two navigation buttons: "Volumes" and "Parent" (selects volumes or
  25. parent directory, see.. easy peasy :)
  26.  
  27. "GUIDE" button (makes a guide of the selected directory)
  28.  
  29. Directory Lister: Left click on a dir to select it.
  30.  
  31. String gadget: Input and output displays (you can enter volumes/dirs
  32. by name here but it's easier to mouse click in the lister)

  35. USAGE:
  36.  
  37. Select a directory or volume using buttons/lister,
  38.  
  39. Press "GUIDE" to make an Amigaguide,
  40.  
  41. Enter a name for your guide in the string gadget (defaults to
  42. "NEW.guide"), can be any name, ".guide" will be added if you forget.
  43.  
  44. Press the RETURN key to save out the guide file. (All saves are done
  45. to the "Ram:" disk for safety :)
  46.  
  47. NOTES: To cancel the save (in case you pressed "GUIDE" by accident)
  48. either enter a blank name in the string requester or press the close
  49. window gadget to quit the program.

  52. SPECS:

  54. Saves icons with the guide files. Looks in progdir for
  55. Icons/D2G_amigagauide first, then looks for 
  56. Env:sys/def_amigaguide
  57. if it's own icon isn't found.
  58.  
  59. Can cope with up to 32,000 nodes/dirs (recursive)
  60.  
  61. Each node/dir can have up to 5,000 entries/files listed.
